Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Own
- Full delivery of all active installation projects on time, on budget
- All procurement: elevator units, components, materials, and subcontractors
- China factory relationship lead times, quality, and shipment tracking
- Factory order zero orders more than 30 days overdue
- Installation team management and daily technician scheduling
- Project cost tracking every project has a live budget before work starts
- Weekly project status reporting to General Manager
What You Must Have
- 7+ years in elevator or escalator installation
- 3+ years in a senior management or project management role
- Strong technical knowledge mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Proven experience managing concurrent projects on time and on budget
- Procurement and supplier management experience
- Experience working with Chinese elevator manufacturers preferred
- UAE or GCC driving licence mandatory
- ERP system experience Odoo preferred
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
