Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Head of Integration for Technical Centers & Maintenance Stations
Within the framework of the LGV K nitra-Marrakech project, SYSTRA intervenes as Assistant to the Project Owner in the design and construction of the Technicentres & Maintenance Stations.
Within the Technicentres & Maintenance Stations department, you will be involved as integration manager during the following phases:
- Design Phase: Preparation of the work.
- Implementation phase: Interface monitoring & integration.
- Commissioning phase: Integration and acceptance.
Missions/Main Duties
- Steering and supporting the achievement of the master plan objectives.
- Risk assessment and identification.
- Monitoring program/project changes and exemptions.
- Managing the progress of the EXE studies and the VISA.
- The contribution to the technical and overall integration of the different trades (Tracks, Catenaries, Signaling, Building, Industrial Equipment, Rolling Stock).
- The interface with the MOA teams, with a view to the reception and assembly of the trainsets in the new technical centers.
- Support for the implementation and layout of workstations (annex workshops, logistics stores).
- Monitoring the construction work and installation of industrial equipment.
- Preparation and contribution to the testing phases.
- Participating in the transition to operation (Technical documents).
- The implementation of management dashboards.
- The contribution to the production of weekly and monthly reports from the p le.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in major infrastructure projects in the railway sector. You have excellent report and memo writing skills in French.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
- Proactive, you have a strong capacity for listening, analysis and synthesis and know how to propose solutions, particularly in connection with interface management.
- Fluency in French is essential.
