Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
As the Head of Internal Audit, you will develop and implement audit strategies, manage a high-performing team, and provide critical insights to senior management to enhance governance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute a robust internal audit plan.

Lead and develop the internal audit team.

Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Present detailed audit reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Drive improvements in internal controls and risk management practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CIA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in audit standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
