Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage the IT team, including infrastructure, support, and applications
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, controls, and risk management frameworks
• Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and process improvements
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and innovation
• Monitor and report on IT performance, KPIs, and projects.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred)
• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams
• Experience in strategic planning and IT governance

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments)
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
