Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks for assuming responsibility/mission:
- Advise and assist management in legal matters
- Perform legal validation of commercial and employee contracts
- Alert management to the legal risks associated with the company's activities.
- Prepare legal cases and represent the company before administrative and judicial bodies.
- Assessing the opportunities or risks of initiating or pursuing legal proceedings and, where appropriate, seeking an amicable resolution of disputes
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring related to the company's activities
- Develop and obtain approval for the company's internal regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Job mission and responsibilities:
- Define and ensure the implementation of the legal and regulatory framework to which the company's activities are subject.
- Initial training: University level in the field
- Additional training: Mastery of current regulations
- Professional experience: 3 years
- Other : proficiency in languages (French, Arabic)
