Review and draft contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company's operations.

Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify and mitigate legal risks.

Manage the company's contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, review, and renewal of contracts.

Ensure contracts align with the company's interests and comply with legal requirements.

Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.

Manage and oversee legal disputes, including negotiations, settlements, and, if necessary, litigation.

Collaborate with external legal counsel when required.

Assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to minimize exposure.

Protect and manage the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

Conduct IP searches and registrations, and handle infringement issues.

Advise on licensing and technology transfer agreements.

Develop and deliver legal training programs to increase awareness and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide guidance to employees on legal matters and promote a culture of compliance.

Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, departments, and employees, to address legal matters effectively.

Engage with external stakeholders, such as regulators, legal authorities, and external counsel, as required.
