Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production equipment and machinery.
-Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment readiness and minimize downtime.
-Monitor equipment performance and analyze causes of breakdowns to implement permanent solutions.
-Participate in selecting, installing, and upgrading production machinery and equipment.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper maintenance procedures.
-Follow up on maintenance reports and ensure timely execution of required actions.
-Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to approved production plans.
-Monitor production lines efficiency and ensure achievement of production targets.
-Improve operational processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
-Coordinate with quality, warehouse, and supply teams to ensure availability of raw materials.
-Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
-Monitor production performance indicators and report deviations when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 7 years of experience in food manufacturing (coffee industry is a plus).
-Strong background in maintenance and production.
-The candidate must be a resident of 6th of October City, Giza, or nearby areas.
