Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to inform positioning and strategy.
- Define and monitor clear KPIs for all marketing initiatives.
Brand Management
- Strengthen brand positioning and consistency across all channels.
- Oversee content, design, and messaging to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead communication strategies to enhance brand credibility.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.
- Implement lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline and increase conversion rates.
- Track, report, and optimize digital campaign performance.
Product & Campaign Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products/services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
- Manage events, trade shows, and product launches.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Set objectives, provide performance feedback, and support professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing culture.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to execute campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology, software, or engineering sectors, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in inbound demand generation and account-based marketing.
- Experience managing Inside Sales teams or close collaboration with inside sales for qualification and pipeline generation.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM/automation platforms), and paid media management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align marketing and sales objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker who can operate independently while aligning with business objectives.
