Head of Marketing

We re seeking a Head of Marketing with deep curiosity and a passion for cybersecurity and AI to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you ll craft and execute integrated marketing campaigns that communicate the power of AI-driven cybersecurity, helping organizations understand, trust, and adopt autonomous defense technologies.

You ll work closely with leadership, product, and sales teams to shape spiderSilk s voice in a rapidly evolving industry, positioning us as the thought leader in sovereign, intelligent, and continuous security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on cybersecurity and AI-driven products.

• Build and maintain a strong brand narrative around autonomous security, exposure management, and threat intelligence.

• Lead content creation across formats such as blogs, whitepapers, social media, case studies, videos, and webinars. Highlighting technical depth with accessible storytelling.

• Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex AI and cybersecurity concepts into compelling value propositions.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and content syndication).

• Drive demand generation and lead nurturing to support the global sales pipeline.

• Establish and track KPIs and analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI.

• Oversee event participation and thought leadership opportunities like conferences, webinars, and partnerships within the cybersecurity and AI communities.

• Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and researchers to create authentic, high-impact marketing materials.
