Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan Philips Group, the digital headhunting company, is currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Director F/H, on behalf of a large international group of telecommunications, a major player in digital transformation on the continent.

Missions:

  • Based in Casablanca and reporting to the Africa & Middle East regional management, you will manage the marketing strategy and the performance of the Group's digital platforms (super-app, digital services, content, distribution).
  • Your mission is to build, deploy and optimize the catalog of digital marketing offers, with the ambitious objective of developing digital revenues on a continental scale.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Offer Strategy Management:

  • Define and coordinate the digital marketing strategy at the MEA level: product mix, pricing, positioning and offer roadmap.
  • Develop the editorial line in terms of digital content and services, in line with the Group's overall strategy.
  • Pool country initiatives, consolidate needs and ensure the homogeneous deployment of offers in all the markets of the footprint.
  • Ensure consistency between strategy, offers and commercial partnerships, in coordination with country management and central teams.

Business ownership & performance:

  • Assume the global Business Owner role for digital platforms (in particular the SuperApp).
  • Manage business performance: traffic, revenue, engagement and user retention in each country.
  • Animate and federate the network of local managers (Chiefs platforms / SuperApp) to ensure the proper execution of strategies and the achievement of objectives.

Management

  • Manage an international team of about ten employees (marketing, content, business owners).
  • Provide managerial and methodological support to local teams (digital marketing, content, products).
  • Contribute to the culture of collaboration and innovation within the Group's digital ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in digital marketing or marketing management on digital / multi-service platforms.

Strong business and results orientation, with an appetite for environments with a strong operational impact.

Proven skills in digital transformation project management and cross-functional coordination.

Solid interpersonal skills, pedagogy, leadership and ability to unite in a multicultural context.

Knowledge of the telecommunications or digital sector in the Africa & Middle East zone is appreciated.

Fluent in French and English.

Familiarity with Design Thinking approaches and agile methodologies.
