Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

As Head of the Mechanical Department, you will be responsible for steering the strategy, growth, and operations of the mechanical business line. This includes managing P&L, expanding our market footprint, leading a team of engineers and sales professionals, and ensuring technical excellence across projects and solutions. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the department s objectives with the Company s vision and driving customer satisfaction at every step.


Key Responsibilities

-Lead, develop, and motivate the Mechanical Department team to achieve sales, operational, and service excellence.

-Drive the commercial and technical growth of mechanical products and solutions (HVAC, pumps, water & wastewater equipment, etc.).

- Oversee key accounts, major tenders, and partnerships with international suppliers.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of the business unit.


Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in the mechanical / HVAC / water & wastewater sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, and related solutions.

- Proven track record in business development, project execution, and team leadership.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
