Lead and manage all MEP engineering functions and site activities.

Review MEP designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.

Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

Approve materials, shop drawings, and method statements.

Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.

Develop MEP strategies and improvement plans.

Mentor and supervise MEP engineers and technical staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP projects, with leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.

Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office.
