Lead contract negotiations and performance management for major MMC packages, ensuring commercial viability and delivery certainty.
Technical Governance and Assurance:
Serve as the ultimate technical authority on all matters pertaining to DfMA, modular tolerances, structural connections, and long-term durability of factory-built elements.
Collaborate closely with the Design and Engineering teams to ensure that all designs are optimized for manufacturing efficiency, assembly speed, and maintenance access.
Establish robust testing and certification protocols for modular components before shipment and upon installation, ensuring adherence to fire, acoustic, and structural performance requirements.
