The Head of MOE will oversee the Arabic language program across all grade levels, ensuring alignment with the US curriculum standards while integrating Ministry of Education requirements. This role involves coordinating subject delivery, supporting teachers, developing resources, and promoting high-quality language education throughout the school.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement)
• At least 5 years of relevant teaching or coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of the US curriculum framework for languages
• Expertise in Arabic language instruction and curriculum development
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Arabic
