Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and experienced Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day success of a busy and popular coffee shop in Abu Dhabi.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands modern coffee culture, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial and team performance.

We are looking beyond technical skills leadership presence, personality, and operational excellence are essential.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager within an independent restaurant or coffee shop in the UAE
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Hands-on management style with confidence leading from the floor during busy service periods
Strong understanding of coffee culture, premium service standards, and guest engagement
Experience in staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance management
Good knowledge of inventory control, ordering, stock management, COGS, and wastage control
Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining consistency and standards
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Additional European / CIS / Balkan language skills are highly preferred
Professional, polished, and guest-focused personality
Currently based in the UAE
Available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi
