Sherborne School Jeddah seeks to appoint an individual into the new post of Head of School Operations to build the front-facing support functions of the school. They will be a key member of the School Management Team and will play an important role in enabling the realisation of the school s strategic plan.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading, implementing and supporting initiatives within this new school to ensure an effective approach for a consistent, systematic, safe school operation. In addition, the role will ensure the school is compliant with related internal & external directives and regulations.

Students enjoy open and flexible learning areas, maker spaces for innovation, technology and creative arts, a well-being hub dedicated to mental and emotional health, an AI Think-Lab to enhance academic journeys, where pupils and teachers discuss ethics and stewardship, as well as embrace new technologies to solve real-life problems, 400 seat auditorium, fully equipped music and drama departments including an orchestral rehearsal room, recording studios, performance halls, individual practice rooms, a dance studio and a black-box theatre, two multipurpose sports halls, an indoor swimming pool, all-weather football pitch, fitness studio, martial arts dojo, tennis and basketball courts.
