Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pastoral care strategy, safeguarding, and wellbeing programmes across all branches
- Develop and implement policies in line with child protection and international standards
- Oversee training and professional development for pastoral care staff
- Strengthen family engagement and build community partnerships
- Manage crisis intervention and coordinate external support services
- Collaborate with academic leaders to ensure holistic child development
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in pastoral care/student support; with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
- Experience in multicultural educational environments
Educational Qualifications : Master s degree in relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Education, etc.)
