Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve product strategy across consumer and merchant offerings
  • Lead squads across App, CVM, Payments, B2B, Insurance and Embedded Finance
  • Develop fintech-as-a-service models via APIs, SDKs and embedded tools
  • Drive international rollout and localisation across diverse markets
  • Define and track KPIs including downloads, revenue and user engagement
  • Advise senior leadership and build strategic external partnerships
  • Build and mentor a multi-country product team across key markets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years in fintech or financial services product leadership
  • Proven success launching and scaling fintech products across domains
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Deep knowledge of fintech technologies and product lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
