Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll management

  • Supervise and ensure the timely preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Controlling variable payroll elements (overtime, bonuses, absences, deductions)
  • Ensuring the reliability of payslips and payroll statements
  • Ensure the correct application of social legislation and the collective agreement

Control and compliance

  • Ensure that payroll processing complies with current regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and HR governance rules
  • Prepare and secure social security declarations (CNAS, taxes, contributions, etc.)
  • Participate in internal and external payroll audits

Administrative management of personnel

  • Supervise the management of personnel administrative files
  • Track staff movements (hires, departures, promotions, transfers)
  • Ensure that HR data is kept up to date in the information system.

Management and reporting

  • Prepare payroll reports and HR dashboards
  • Analyze personnel costs and budget variances
  • Provide reliable reports to the Human Resources Department and the General Management.

Supervision and organization

  • To manage and supervise the payroll team
  • Distribute tasks and ensure the skills development of employees
  • Ensuring continuity of payroll service

Continuous improvement

  • Optimize payroll and personnel administration processes
  • Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR operations
  • Propose actions to improve reliability and processing times

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation

  • University degree in finance, accounting, human resource management, sociology or equivalent
  • Additional training in labor law and social legislation is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll software

Professional experience

  • Proven experience of at least 5 to 10 years in payroll management
  • Proven experience in a position of responsibility or management preferred
  • Knowledge of the industrial or structured sector is appreciated (industry, health, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
