Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement enterprise PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards
Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives
Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization across initiatives
Deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting to senior leadership
Strengthen project governance, compliance, and audit readiness
Drive delivery discipline, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment
What We re Looking For
10+ years experience in project/program/portfolio management
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Strong leadership presence with executive communication skills
Expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic reporting
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Financial services experience is advantageous
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years experience in project/program/portfolio management
