Roles & Responsibilities
The Head of Pre Kindergarten will lead and manage the Early Years department, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning practices aligned with the Common Core standards. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum implementation, staff development, student progress monitoring, and maintain strong communication with parents and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master s Degree in Education or related field required
- Minimum 5 years experience in early childhood education with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of the Common Core curriculum for early years education
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and inspire professional growth among staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create an engaging, safe, and supportive learning environment for young children
