Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and continuously refine housekeeping brand standards across all Adeera hotel brands.
  • Define cleanliness benchmarks, service protocols, presentation standards, and inspection criteria for:
    • Guest rooms
    • Public areas
    • Back of house spaces
  • Establish recreation and leisure brand frameworks aligned with each brand s positioning.
  • Create standardized guest experience guidelines related to comfort, cleanliness, sleep quality, and leisure use.
  • Ensure brand standards are practical, scalable, and operable across different hotel typologies and locations.

Pre Opening Housekeeping Development

  • Lead housekeeping and recreation operational planning for all new Adeera hotel openings.
  • Develop and issue:
    • Pre opening checklists
    • Standards for SOPs and operational manuals
    • Opening readiness timelines
  • Support hotels with:
    • Organizational structures
    • Recruitment profiles
    • Pre opening staffing strategies
  • Oversee mock rooms and model room setups, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational practicality.
  • Validate full operational readiness prior to hotel opening and support early days stabilization.
  • Lead and oversee the accessorisation and styling of all new Adeera hotel openings, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and recreation spaces are fully dressed and presented in line with brand intent and guest experience standards.

Hotel Accessorisation, Styling & Floral Elements

  • Define hotel-specific accessorisation standards across the Adeera portfolio to ensure consistency of look, feel, and guest perception.
  • Establish guidelines for the selection, placement, and maintenance of decorative elements, including:
    • Guest room accessories
    • Public area styling
    • Lobby and arrival statements
    • Recreation and poolside accessories
  • Lead the development of floral concepts and standards across brands and individual hotels, including:
    • Lobby and arrival floral statements
    • Public area floral styling
    • Seasonal, event driven, or activation based floral concepts
  • Collaborate closely with Interior Design, Brand, and Development teams to ensure accessorisation and floral elements reinforce design intent and brand positioning.
  • Identify, evaluate, and approve accessory, styling, and floral suppliers in collaboration with Procurement.
  • Ensure accessorisation and floral programs are operationally practical, cost controlled, sustainable where possible, and easy to maintain at property level.
  • Oversee installation and final styling during pre opening phases and define clear handover and maintenance guidelines for hotel teams.

OSE (Operating Supplies & Equipment)

  • Lead the selection, specification, and standardization of OSE across all Adeera brands under defined areas of responsibility.
  • Establish approved OSE standards and brand specific variations where required.
  • Work closely with Procurement to:
    • Identify preferred suppliers
    • Negotiate brand wide purchasing strategies
    • Optimize cost, quality, and supply consistency
  • Ensure OSE selections align with brand positioning, durability, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Areas covered include:

  • Housekeeping equipment and tools
  • Guest room amenities and accessories
  • Linen, bedding, and soft goods
  • Cleaning systems and chemicals
  • Recreation and fitness equipment

Linen, Laundry & Amenities Programs

  • Develop linen quality standards and full lifecycle management programs across brands and departments, including rooms, recreation, and F&B.
  • Define:
    • Par levels
    • Replacement cycles
    • Laundry operational strategies (in house vs outsourced)
  • Lead selection and standardization of guest room and bathroom amenities aligned with brand positioning.
  • Establish turndown programs, special touches, and luxury enhancements for high end properties.
  • Ensure consistency of quality, scent, presentation, and guest perception across the portfolio.

Recreation & Pool Experience

  • Develop brand standards and experience guidelines for:
    • Pools and poolside service
    • VIP cabanas
    • Recreation programming
  • Define guest experience elements for leisure spaces, including:
    • Service rituals
    • Comfort amenities
    • Programming and activation concepts
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and guest experience excellence are embedded into all recreation designs.


Desired Candidate Profile

Skills:

Experience

  • Senior leadership experience in housekeeping operations
  • Proven pre opening experience in multi hotel or portfolio environments
  • Luxury and upper upscale hospitality experience preferred
