Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and execution of digital and automation programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agree business outcomes.

  • Translate transformation priorities into action, aligning with strategic direction set by the Health Ops Leadership Team.
  • Ensure alignment to Allianz Partners strategic direction regarding target ecosystem and deployment of platforms such as Telephony, Conversational AI etc.
  • Drive implementation of automation and AI solutions, from opportunity identification to rollout and adoption, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experience
  • Lead the development and redesign of the Health rules engine framework, incorporating AI to application of decisions for our platform teams.
  • Lead Elevate journey redesign and deployment, ensuring clear oversight and signoffs with the Leadership team.
  • Ensure clear oversight of all IT delivery into Health Operations, including small change demand and strategic delivery across all Health entities.
  • Manage performance tracking and reporting, providing senior management with clear insights and recommendations based on data-driven dashboards.
  • Support claims transformation, delivering automation and process improvements across pre-approval, adjudication and claims handling
  • Ensure robust governance and compliance, embedding agreed project delivery methodologies and IT/business alignment.
  • Work cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to embed customer experience considerations into digital delivery.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, innovation and continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in digital transformation, or process excellence, ideally in a multi-national environment

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale automation/digital programs with tangible outcomes.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including cost-benefit analysis, business case development and performance monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement and delivery methodologies (Lead, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with complex data to drive insights.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and reporting dashboards an advantage
