Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead centralized procurement strategy, governance, and sourcing.
- Drive cost optimization, procurement analytics, and compliance controls.
- Standardize vendor onboarding, tendering, and supplier performance management.
- Lead strategic supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Align sourcing strategies with demand planning and supply continuity objectives.
- Build and lead procurement capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of procurement experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Mandatory previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong supplier negotiation, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Pharmacy background preferred.
