  • Technical Product Leadership: Dive deep into the technical architecture, understanding scalability, dependencies, and implementation.
  • Roadmap Execution: Prioritize initiatives and features based on data, customer value, and business impact. Manage the product backlog and own the product release cycle.

    • Collaborate with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Act as the voice of the customer. Engage directly with developers, technical buyers, and enterprise customers to gather insights, validate ideas, and build a community around the product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key product metrics (KPIs). Use feedback to inform prioritization and measure success.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession, technical excellence, and accountability.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, platform trade-offs, and new technologies with engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
