Develop and implement a product strategy in line with market needs;

Be responsible for the product roadmap, making decisions based on market research and data;

Work closely with the CTO to ensure technological feasibility and scalability of products;

Manage cross-functional teams, including design and development;

Develop key metrics for evaluating product performance, based on data.

At least 10 years of product management experience;

Experience in fintech companies is required;

Successful case studies of building and launching products from scratch;

Experience building and managing agile teams within a startup;

Data analysis skills, data-driven approach;

Proven experience scaling and exponentially growing financial products.

Office work with relocation to Saudi Arabia (to the capital, Riyadh);
