Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Marketing & Product Director, you will work within a strategic triad (Product - Marketing - Tech). Your role goes beyond simply managing the roadmap: you will share responsibility for the digital P&L and audience monetization.

You act as a Player-Coach on two fronts:

1. “Player” dimension: Strategy & Business Impact

  • Profit and Loss (P&L) Management: You don't manage "projects," you manage digital business units. You are responsible for the economic performance of your products (GMV, ARPU, conversion rate).

  • Product Discovery: You move away from execution-driven logic to impose a user-centric culture. You define the WHAT and the WHY, leveraging data and user research to maximize market impact.

  • Platform Architecture: You design an open ecosystem capable of integrating third-party partners (Marketplace, Mini-programs) and unifying the customer experience across several verticals (Fintech, Content, Retail).

2. “Coach” dimension: Leadership & Product Culture

  • Chapter Lead: You build, recruit and develop a community of Product Managers spread across the globe. You are responsible for their skills development.

  • Cultural Transformation: You are leading the organization towards a "Product-Led Growth" approach. Your goal is to move from a culture of "Meeting Deadlines" (Output) to a culture of "Measuring Value" (Outcome).

THE PROFILE SOUGHT
More than an academic background, we are looking for a Track Record in the digital economy.

  • Tech DNA & Scale-up: You have significant experience as Head of Product / CPO / Lead PM within a Tech Company, Marketplace or fast-growing Start-up.

  • Transactional Expertise: You have a strong grasp of e-commerce, mobile payment, and online marketplaces. You are fluent in web KPIs (Funnel, Churn, CAC, LTV).

  • Matrix Leadership: You know how to navigate complex environments. You are able to challenge the Tech (Feasibility), to negotiate with Marketing (Business).

  • Languages: Fluent French and English required.
