Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Marketing & Product Director, you will be responsible for the operational and methodological excellence of the Product function. Your mandate is twofold: to structure the workforce (product teams) and to lead the launch of major digital solutions.

Your responsibilities revolve around two main areas:

1. Product Practice Management (Management & Governance)

  • Management and Development: Unite and lead a community of Product Managers spread across the globe. Ensure the harmonization of practices, skills assessment, and talent development.

  • Process Standardization: Define and deploy frameworks ensuring consistency from design to delivery: user research, requirements definition, prioritization by value and performance measurement.

  • Results Culture: Establish a methodology based on quantitative data and key objectives (OKRs) to maximize the economic impact of deployed solutions.

2. Strategic Portfolio Management (Operational)

  • Program Management: Take operational leadership of a critical service line for the Group (transactional or service-oriented areas).

  • Definition of the Vision: Develop the roadmap in line with the company's business objectives and technical constraints.

  • Cross-functional management: Ensuring alignment between technical, marketing and legal stakeholders to guarantee adherence to time-to-market deadlines and the quality of the customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

With a top-tier higher education (from a leading engineering or business school), you have significant experience in managing digital products within complex, matrix or international environments.

  • Technical and Business Expertise: You are proficient in software development cycles (Agile/Scrum) and possess a solid understanding of B2C digital platforms (marketplaces, transactional applications, financial services).

  • Managerial Maturity: You have demonstrated your ability to supervise experts, structure departments and raise the level of methodological requirements.

  • Strategic Posture: You know how to navigate large organizations, influence decisions and align divergent interests towards a common goal.

  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential (bilingual daily work environment).
