Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan Philips Group, the digital headhunting company, is currently recruiting a Head of Product Managers for Digital Platforms (M/F) for a major international telecommunications group, a key player in digital transformation in Africa and the Middle East. 

Main responsibilities: Reporting to the Product & Marketing Director, you will play a key role in the Group's digital transformation by structuring and leading the international community of Product Managers within the Digital Platforms department. You will be both Chapter Lead (PM community leader) and Product Manager for a strategic product line within the Super App, combining leadership, product excellence, and high-impact delivery. 

Responsibilities: Chapter Product Management: - Mentor, inspire, and develop a team of Product Managers operating across multiple verticals (fintech, e-commerce, gaming, entertainment, etc.). - Define and deploy best practices in Product Management: discovery, prioritization, OKRs, data-driven decisions, and impact measurement. - Ensure strategic and methodological consistency between products and markets. - Work closely with the Product Owner, Product Marketing Manager, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure end-to-end product success. - Establish a strong product culture based on experimentation, collaboration, and the pursuit of customer value. - Monitor and improve product performance through key indicators: adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, and ROI. Management of a strategic product line: - Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key Super App product line. - Lead the discovery phase: user research, market analysis, and value proposition design. - Structure EPICs and user journeys with the Product Owner and Design teams to guarantee clear and impactful MVPs. - Oversee go-to-market and post-launch performance in collaboration with the Data and Marketing teams. - Ensure the delivery and quality of product releases within the established deadlines and objectives. 

Desired profile: - Master's degree (engineering, digital business, computer science, or equivalent). - Minimum 6 years of experience in managing digital products or programs, including several years leading teams or chapters. - Proven experience in developing multi-vertical digital products (super-apps, fintech, e-commerce, entertainment). - Strong agile background and proficiency with Product Management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
