Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team by delegating tasks, setting deadlines, and motivating them to achieve annual and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals across all products.
  • Oversee dealer and distributor relationships, ensuring structured communication and effective channel management.
  • Manage account activities, including Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product lineup to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Ensure optimal inventory management to prevent stock aging in warehouses and partner locations.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee Sell-In, Sell-Through, and Sell-Out programs, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and proper financial processes.
  • Track and analyze marketing activities, measuring ROI and ensuring effective promotional execution.
  • Drive market share growth through shelf share optimization, display planning, trend analysis, and sales performance monitoring.
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and development of sales team members, while managing team performance.
  • Optimize SKUs and manage the Ditsy channel to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management to support business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience with partners or dealers, preferably in Consumer Electronics (TV) or Electronics/IT industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
  • High productivity, multitasking, and results-driven mindset.
  • Creative problem-solving and marketing management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
