Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the complete production cycle: block receiving, slab cutting (gang saws, block cutters), polishing, resin treatment, edge profiling, finishing, and site installation.
• Manage multi-disciplinary production teams across factory and field operations, ensuring adherence to production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to align factory output with project timelines and specifications.
• Develop and monitor production plans, manpower schedules, and preventive maintenance programs for equipment (CNC machines, polishing lines, bridge cutters, water jet machines, etc.).
• Implement and enforce quality control systems, HSE standards, and ISO procedures to ensure compliance with international certifications.
• Track and analyze production KPIs (yield, rejection rates, downtime, throughput) and drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage raw material handling, inventory control, and logistics coordination for imported marble blocks and slabs.
• Lead cost-optimization initiatives while safeguarding product integrity and premium craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 8 10 years of proven experience in marble/stone processing and fabrication, with at least 3 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of stone processing machinery, production workflows, and installation methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in factory operations management, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Hands-on experience in managing imported marble blocks and coordinating logistics with suppliers, ports, and clearing agents.
• Ability to lead large production teams, enforce discipline, and drive high performance under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
