About the Role

The Production Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure smooth production operations, high-quality output, and adherence to deadlines. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in production planning, process optimization, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and motivate production staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain quality control to meet company and industry standards.
• Manage resources, inventory, and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments to streamline operations.
• Generate production reports and implement data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with furniture production machinery, tools, and software is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
