Roles & Responsibilities
Organize and plan daily production.
- Supervise production teams (team leaders, operators, technicians).
- Monitor compliance with quantity and quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene rules.
- Managing breakdowns and technical problems with maintenance.
- Monitor performance indicators (yield, losses, productivity).
- Optimize production costs and reduce waste.
- V rifier la disponibilit des mati res premi res.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
- To train and evaluate staff.
- Write production reports for management.

- University or technical degree in industrial production, industrial engineering or a similar field
- Experience: 5 years or more in a similar position
