• Holds relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices.
• Has a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrates extensive experience in the construction of large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects, showcasing diverse project exposure.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and technologies, staying abreast of industry advancements.
• Possesses exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve their goals.
• Displays strong financial acumen and budgetary control skills, with a proven ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Exhibits fluency in English (written and spoken) and any other language is an advantage, facilitating effective communication.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex challenges and make sound judgments.
