Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of high-rise construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor selection and contract administration.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.

  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.

  • Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues efficiently.

  • Drive value engineering initiatives and cost optimization.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years managing high-rise projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale high-rise developments.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.

  • Experience managing projects from concept through completion.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.

  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
