About the Role

The Head of Projects is responsible for overseeing LINKVIVA s Project Management team and ensuring the successful delivery of all projects. This leadership role spans all aspects of each event from content and programming to resource management, commercial performance, stakeholder relations, and overall delivery excellence.

What You ll Do

• Validate incoming pitches to ensure a healthy and strategic project pipeline.
• Manage, review, and evolve project management processes for efficiency and quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the Project Management team and individual members.
• Allocate resources and build teams to deliver outstanding events across all clients.
• Integrate sponsorship and marketing into projects to maximize ROI for clients, LINKVIVA, and partners.
• Identify and manage diverse revenue streams including ticketing, sponsorship, and partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development for the Project Management team.
• Support senior management in budgeting, reporting, and business planning.
• Develop and implement training and development pathways for project team members.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain LINKVIVA s leadership edge.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead key projects and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure delivery within financial targets.
• Ensure comprehensive post-event closure including reconciliations, reports, and debriefs.
