Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all LV switchgear projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage a team of project managers and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the LV switchgear industry.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale LV switchgear projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of LV switchgear components, systems, and their applications.
