Desired Candidate Profile

• � Educational Qualification � Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required. � Years of Experience � Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the UAE on residential or villa projects. � Nature of Experience � Strong experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record in successful project delivery. � Proven experience working in a client-representative or PMC role. � Strong knowledge of DEWA and Dubai Municipality standards. � Self-Management & Leadership Responsibilities � Set and align performance goals with reporting managers; proactively seek feedback and identify development needs to enhance personal effectiveness. � Participate in strategic planning by contributing to governance, control, and advisory committees; assist in defining departmental policies, frameworks, and quality standards. � Provide leadership by setting team objectives, cascading organizational strategies, and ensuring alignment with business and operational plans. � Manage budgets and workforce planning by forecasting needs, tracking expenses, and proposing optimal resourcing to support departmental goals. � Drive people development by setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, offering feedback, identifying skill gaps, and facilitating training and engagement initiatives. � Technical Competencies � In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. � Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management. � Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills. � Design knowledge and ability to review external consultant design documents across all stages. � Strong knowledge of electrical design, LV systems, and lighting solutions. � Understanding of FEWA/DEWA approvals and UAE electrical standards.
