Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the QM Systems, Operations, Audits and Methods according to defined objectives and KPIs
Design and lead initiatives with regard to the Quality Systems and Operations.
Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility,
Define and Steere budget for the development of activities also within the area of responsibility
Request Q-Task-Force to production facility in case of major quality problems to support with tools, methods and know-how
Manage and supervise multiple org units within QM Systems & Operations
Propose and implement measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- Over 8 years of proven experience within the Quality Management Systems and Operations Quality scope, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- High leadership skills with a strong focus on employee coaching, mentoring, and development
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional proficiency in English Language
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
