Your principle missions

• Work along with the CTO to set the roadmap and ensure its proper implementation

• Participate in shaping product strategy and making technical decisions

• Architect and develop new functionalities

• Coach and lead technically our engineering team

• Evaluate and improve the performance, maintainability, and security of applications in production.

• Work in an agile environment

• Participate in team development

• Leading, planning and budgeting projects

What You Won t Be Doing

Required profile

• Significant experience in the field of software

• Significant experience with JAVA frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and Frontend
  technologies (Angular, Typescript).

• Knowledge of Elasticsearch and Postgresql technologies

• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, software design, and building large, distributed systems.

• A good technical curiosity to ensure permanent watch of the most recent
  technologies.

• Proactive and having a problem-solving mindset

• A good experience in engineering leadership roles

• Ability to guide team members towards optimal problem solving

• Ability to work in an agile environment

• Very good at explaining why and how
