Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Head of Rank
- Greet customers and seat them at their tables.
- Taking orders and advising on the menu.
- Coordinate the service of food and drinks in your section.
- Ensuring communication between the kitchen and the dining room for smooth service.
- Check the cleanliness and setup of the tables.
- Supervise and train waiters if necessary.
- Manage customer complaints professionally.
- Participate in tidying up and closing the room.
- Experience in restaurant or catering service (preferred).
- Sense of organization and speed of execution.
- Excellent presentation and courtesy.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Good knowledge of service techniques and the drinks menu.
