Roles & Responsibilities

  • Head of Rank

  • Greet customers and seat them at their tables.
  • Taking orders and advising on the menu.
  • Coordinate the service of food and drinks in your section.
  • Ensuring communication between the kitchen and the dining room for smooth service.
  • Check the cleanliness and setup of the tables.
  • Supervise and train waiters if necessary.
  • Manage customer complaints professionally.
  • Participate in tidying up and closing the room.

  • Experience in restaurant or catering service (preferred).
  • Sense of organization and speed of execution.
  • Excellent presentation and courtesy.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of service techniques and the drinks menu.
