Roles & Responsibilities

Head of Reception


Lead and manage the reception team to ensure compliance with the establishment's standards and impeccable service quality.

Managing customer concerns to ensure a memorable customer experience.

Ensure occupancy of the establishment to maximize profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential quality of service; management experience is required

My mastery of Opera software or equivalent

Ability to create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders within the Department

Excellent communication that facilitates information sharing

Capability management within a team, fostering a strong team culture, and encouraging performance
