Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Head of Recruitment Department
Main mission of the position:
- To define and implement the recruitment strategy in line with the company's objectives
- Identify and anticipate skills needs with managers
- Oversee the entire recruitment process (from offer to integration)
- Implement effective sourcing methods (job boards, social networks, headhunting, etc.)
- To supervise and lead the recruitment team
- Set objectives and monitor performance (KPIs: delays, quality of recruitment, etc.)
- D. Develop and enhance the employer brand
- Improve the candidate experience throughout the process
- Optimize recruitment tools and procedures
- Monitor employment market trends
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable regulations.
The main tasks:
- Gather and analyze recruitment needs from the various departments
- Draft and validate job offers
- Choose the channels for distributing the advertisements (job sites, social networks, agencies, etc.)
- Searching for and sourcing candidates (CV databases, direct approach, referrals...)
- Sort and pre-select applications
- Organize and/or conduct recruitment interviews
- to assess the candidates' technical and behavioral skills
- Participate in the final decision-making process with managers
- Negotiate the terms of employment (salary, contract, start date)
- Follow the integration of new employees (onboarding)
- Update candidate databases and tracking tools
- Produce reports on recruitment activity
- To supervise and coordinate the work of the recruitment team
- Manage relationships with external partners (recruitment agencies, schools, etc.
Responsibility:
- Ensure the achievement of recruitment objectives (quantity, quality, timeframe)
- Ensuring the quality of recruited profiles and their suitability to the company's needs
- Ensure compliance with the recruitment budget
- Supervise and validate recruitment decisions
- Ensure compliance of practices with labor legislation and internal policies
- Guaranteeing equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the recruitment process
Desired Candidate Profile
Criteria for access to the position:
- Basic education: University degree, BAC +05 (in Human Resources Management)
- Additional training: Mastery of GMP, Mastery of IT tools, Seminars.
- Professional experience: 05 08 years.
