KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Lead, manage, and support the nationwide branch network to achieve business targets, branch profitability, and sustainable revenue growth.
Monitor branch performance and KPIs, analyse business trends, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
Oversee branch operational matters to ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Mentor and guide Branch Managers and frontline teams to uphold high service standards and ensure strong customer relationship management.
Develop and implement sales strategies, along with new products and services, to expand the customer base and drive transaction volumes.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen market competitiveness.
Evaluate and recommend high-potential locations for new branches, relocations, or upgrades to optimise network coverage.
Design and execute national sales campaigns, promotional offers, and partnership programs with external vendors and service providers.
Collaborate with core functional teams including Compliance, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless and efficient branch operations.
Prepare and present detailed business performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas requiring improvement.
Required Qualification
Minimum 8 12 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably within an Exchange House, Banking, or financial services sector.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master s degree is an added advantage).
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-branch operations and consistently achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Excellent people-management and motivational abilities, with proven experience leading large, multi-cultural teams.
Solid understanding of UAE market dynamics, the remittance business, and foreign exchange operations.
Data-driven decision-maker with strong proficiency in dashboards, KPIs, performance analytics, and competitor analysis.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive teams to achieve business goals with strong execution discipline.
