JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Head of Safety to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health, Safety (Occupational and Railway), and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. The Head of Safety will lead the safety team to deliver safety obligations and programmes within defined time, quality, and budget targets, while acting as the key interface with stakeholders including Qatar Rail and local authorities. The role includes establishing and maintaining safety processes and procedures, managing hazard logs and risk registers, and ensuring effective risk identification and mitigation across the organisation. Candidates should have at least 10-15 years of extensive experience in rail safety management, strong investigation capability, and in-depth knowledge of relevant standards including ISO
