Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Order management and tracking:

  • Ensure that orders are effectively received and recorded, and guarantee their dispatch and delivery to the customer.
  • Regularly report sales-related information to your hierarchy using appropriate indicators.
  • Manage stocks by anticipating and planning demand.
  • To regulate the supply of new products and services.
  • Handling litigation files (disputes, claims, etc.).

Coordination of the various internal and external stakeholders:

  • Facilitate relations between the different service providers and internal departments in order to ensure the successful execution of sales (carriers, sales representatives).
  • Maintain the link between the sales team and the support functions.
  • Manage daily relationships with the organization's clients (calls, emails, meetings) as well as with the various suppliers involved, such as delivery companies.
  • Working in close collaboration with the various departments of the company (purchasing, accounting, logistics, finance, sales, IT).

Administrative management and invoicing:

  • Ensure the proper transmission of administrative information relating to the sale between the stakeholders.
  • To ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards, as well as adherence to processes and best practices, at all stages of the sales process.
  • Manage invoicing, customer credit notes, unpaid invoices or potential disputes by preparing sales contracts and export documents (such as certificates of origin).
  • Prepare calls for tenders and negotiate sales conditions with clients.
  • to develop a set of specifications relating to the relationships between the company and service providers and suppliers.
  • Customer file and sales document management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree + 4 years in financial sciences/international trade.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field.
  • Fluency in French (English would be an asset).
  • Perfect mastery of computer tools and sales management software;
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems can also be an advantage.
