Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales and brokerage strategy, aligning with company objectives for revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and brokerage team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to achieve targets.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and post-sale support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business opportunities.
