The VP Sales is responsible for planning, leading, developing, and executing the sales strategy for the company’s real estate portfolio—across off-plan, ready, mixed-use developments and other real estate initiatives of the company. This role ensures business strategy, sales strategy, branding, market positioning, local and oversees sales, builds a high-performing team, strengthens broker relationships, and enhances the company’s market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Job Title: VP Sales

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of professional experience with Dubai-based or international real estate developers

  • Education: Minimum required qualification is a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

  • Additional Requirements: Diligent, creative, organized and punctual, intelligent, innovative, and possessing strong communication skills
