Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A leading automotive and industrial conglomerate in the region is looking for an accomplished Head of Sales – CED to lead nationwide sales operations across Oman.
This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with 18–22 years of experience in the construction equipment or capital goods industry, and a strong track record of delivering results through team leadership, market expansion, and customer engagement.
� Key Responsibilities:
> Lead and manage sales operations across all Oman branches for the Construction Equipment Division.
> Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
> Drive team performance through KPIs, coaching, and structured reviews.
Identify new market opportunities and nurture key client relationships.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, service, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
> Provide strategic insights, forecasts, and performance reports to top management.
> Build and develop a high-performing, target-driven sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile
> 18–22 years of experience in sales leadership roles within construction equipment, heavy machinery, or capital goods.
> Proven success managing large sales teams and achieving national-level sales targets.
> Strong market knowledge of Oman and the broader GCC construction landscape.
> Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
> Engineering or Business degree; MBA preferred.
> Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
> Willing to travel across Oman as needed.
