Roles & Responsibilities

Head of Sales Department (OFF Plan)
We offer:

At the call, we have a vacancy for an approved Head of Sales Department (OFF Plan)

Requirements:
  • Mandatory experience of at least 3 years in a managerial position in sales / real estate agency;

  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages (B2-C2);

  • High level of managerial competencies;

  • Negotiation skills of different levels of complexity;

  • Experience in attracting corporate clients;

  • Experienced PC user (Microsoft Office, CRM);

  • Leadership qualities, conditionality on result, ability to unite a task for obtaining a common result, broad outlook, strategic thinking, sociability, high level of personal suitability.

Qualities:
  • Management of sales in the primary and secondary housing market;

  • Organization of workflow in the department;

  • Setting up and monitoring the implementation of an individual sales plan;

  • Quality control of the work of KPI managers;

  • Increasing the conversion of the sales funnel;

  • Help and support of managers for all attractions;

  • Development and implementation of measures to ensure security, increase sales and attract customers;

  • Analysis of the market and competitive environment;

  • Development of a strategy to attract corporate clients;

  • Sales analytics, long-term/short-term planning.
